My practice specializes in treating individuals with busy lifestyles and I offer comprehensive concierge services for adults dealing with:

ADHD Treatment

ADHD often lasts into adulthood. Adults that struggle with ADHD have difficulties sitting through meetings or studying, trouble listening during conversations or finish other people's sentences, struggle with unfinished tasks or completing them in a timely manner, or have a lack of motivation, concentration, and focus.

ADHD makes it difficult for a person to inhibit their spontaneous responses, including everything from movement to speech to assertiveness.

Some adults with ADHD may be constantly in motion, fidgeting, pacing, and disrupting others around them. Other adults with ADHD may sit quietly, with their attention miles away.

Treatment for Anxiety

Is anxiety taking over your life? Does it feel like you can’t control it no matter how hard you try? Have you already tried counseling but found it ineffective?

If this sounds like you, I’m confident I can help. When it comes to treating anxiety disorders, research shows that anxiety can be related to other mental health conditions, such as OCD, ADHD, and depression.

It is important to understand the many different psychological and psychopharmacological options, and how these interventions affect the brain and the body My practice offers the most effective forms of treatment, to get the relief from anxiety that you deserve.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or OCD, involves having obsessive thinking patterns that can include unwanted thoughts, images or urges that make a person feel anxious or distressed. Individuals who have OCD often have significant difficulty pushing away or ignoring these thoughts. Those with OCD also have compulsive behaviors which are an attempt to reverse the obsessive thoughts or urges by performing some sort of action. Research shows that the most effective treatments for OCD are medication and psychotherapy.

PTSD

Posttraumatic stress disorder - also known as PTSD - is a mental health challenge that may occur in individuals who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event such as a exposure to disasters, military combat, a serious accident or illness, rape, or any other violent personal assault. About 90% of individuals in the United States have experienced a traumatic event in their lifetime which can lead to self-regulatory impairment.

Treatment for Depression

I understand the social stigmas that come with the label of being depressed and thus aim to help clients sort out their environmental, biological, and circumstantial factors while offering support and care through the difficult times in their lives.

Pharmacological treatment can play an important role in the release or inhabitation of serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine. Together, we will explore how medication can help facilitate antidepressant effects through these neurotransmission pathways.

Telehealth

Telehealth allows me to provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy to my clients via live video conferencing. This can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone that has a camera and microphone. My telehealth solution allows you to schedule an appointment directly online and have the entire session take place digitally. This makes your appointments convenient, easily accessible for busy professionals, student, and parents!
